- FSSAI licence / registration (14-digit number + certificate)
- PAN card (business or proprietor)
- GST certificate (if registered) (optional)
- Cancelled cheque or bank passbook (payouts)
- Shop / trade licence (if available) (optional)
- Menu with prices (PDF/JPG) or cuisine list (optional)
