Delete your account

How to request deletion

1. In the MyPeki app, open Help & Support and choose Delete account.
2. Or email care@mypeki.com with subject Account deletion request, and include the phone number registered on MyPeki.
3. We verify identity and process the request per our Privacy Policy.

Completed orders, invoices, and tax records are kept for the period in the Privacy Policy, because the law requires those records. The rest of the account data is deleted or anonymised.
