Partner Terms

These terms apply when you apply to deliver with BossBano, operated by Fonsaw Technologies Private Limited. They sit alongside the Privacy Policy. Last updated: 12 October 2026. Version 2026-10-bossbano.

1. Independent delivery, not employment

You deliver as an independent delivery partner. These terms do not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Fonsaw. If a law on platform-based gig workers applies to deliveries you do for us, including a Karnataka law on platform-based gig workers if it applies to this work, we will meet the registration, contribution, and information duties that law puts on the platform. These terms do not take away a right that law gives you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally allowed to work in India, and able to use a smartphone with GPS and data. Motorised delivery needs a valid driving licence. Bicycle delivery does not. You must follow traffic law. You are responsible for your vehicle being fit and insured as the law requires.

3. Identity documents

You must give accurate identity, address, vehicle (if you use one), and bank details. Identity may be Voter ID, driving licence, or passport. Aadhaar is optional; we do not require it. We also ask for PAN, a selfie, and a cancelled cheque or passbook. Motorised delivery also needs the vehicle RC and insurance. We may check documents ourselves or through a provider, and we may ask you to submit them again. Bank payouts must be to an account in your name that matches these documents.

4. Before your city is live

Until BossBano opens partner operations in your city, an application is early interest only. Accepting documents does not promise activation, a minimum number of orders, or any particular earning.

5. Payouts

When deliveries are live, earnings are paid to the bank account you provide. The rate, any fee, and the payout timing are shown in the BossBano app before you accept a job. We may deduct a refund that is due because the order was lost, damaged, or mishandled after you collected it.

6. The order while it is with you

From collection until you hand the order to the customer, or return it as the app instructs, you are responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by your act or omission. For fresh, chilled, or frozen food, that includes breaking the cold chain or opening the pack. Do not tamper with food. Hand it over in the condition you received it, subject to normal transport.

7. Customer and merchant information

You may use the customer’s or merchant’s name, phone, and address only to complete that job. Do not save them for your own marketing, and do not contact them after the delivery is done. Location used for the delivery is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Safety and insurance

Follow traffic rules and ordinary food-handling hygiene. Treat customers and sellers respectfully. Fraud, forged documents, or misuse of the platform can mean rejection or a permanent ban. Before you go live we may require the insurance stated in the partner app, including the vehicle insurance the law already requires for motorised delivery. Any group personal-accident cover we arrange will be described before you go live. That cover does not make you an employee.

9. Stopping access

We may refuse an application, pause jobs, or end access for a failed document check, a safety incident, fraud, or a breach of these terms. Amounts needed to cover a customer refund caused by loss or damage after collection may be held from payouts.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right under a gig-worker or consumer law. Questions: care@mypeki.com · +91 97455 50666 · Support.
