Delivery Partner Terms
These terms apply when you apply to deliver orders for MyPeki, operated by Fonsaw Technologies Private Limited. Last updated: 2 September 2026. Version 2026-09.
1. Partnership, not employment
You are an independent delivery partner. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency, or joint venture with Fonsaw / MyPeki unless required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally entitled to work in India, and able to operate a smartphone with GPS and data. Motorized delivery requires a valid driving licence; bicycle delivery does not.
3. KYC and documents
You must provide accurate identity, address, vehicle (if applicable), and bank details, including Aadhaar or Voter ID, PAN, selfie, and cancelled cheque / passbook. We may verify documents manually or via third-party checks and may request resubmission.
4. Early interest / city launch
Until MyPeki opens delivery partner operations in your city, applications may be accepted as early interest only. Acceptance of documents does not guarantee activation or allocation of orders.
5. Payouts
Earnings (when live) are paid to the bank account you provide, which must be in your name and match KYC documents. Timelines and fees will be shown in the partner app or communications before you go live.
6. Conduct and safety
You agree to handle orders carefully, follow traffic and food-safety hygiene expectations, and treat customers and sellers respectfully. Fraud, document forgery, or misuse of the platform may result in rejection or permanent ban.
7. Data
We process your personal data and documents as described in our Privacy Policy, including for verification, fraud prevention, and payouts.
