  • Treat every customer, cook, and fellow rider with respect and courtesy.
  • Show up on time for accepted jobs and communicate promptly if you're delayed.
  • Never carry prohibited items or tamper with sealed orders.
  • Handle cash-on-delivery accurately and honestly.
  • Repeated complaints or policy violations can lead to suspension from the platform.
