This Privacy Policy describes how Fonsaw Technologies Private Limited (“Fonsaw,” “we,” “us”) processes personal data when you use the BossBano partner app, this website, and related partner services. We acknowledge personal-data grievances and aim to resolve them within the period required by the Digital
Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, and in any case within 90 days unless the law requires a
shorter period.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you use BossBano, we may process: phone number and OTP verification data; name, date of birth, email, city, and address; identity and KYC documents (e.g. Aadhaar/Voter ID, PAN, selfie, driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance, bank proof); bank account details for payouts; device and app data; precise location while you are on duty or on an active job (to match jobs, verify pickup/drop, and support disputes); job and earnings records; support messages; and records needed for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
3. Why we use it
To create and manage your partner account; verify KYC; match and complete delivery jobs for merchants (such as MyPeki); calculate and pay earnings; provide support and safety features (including SOS / emergency calling where offered); improve reliability and prevent fraud; and meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed with: payment partners (e.g. payout rails); KYC / DigiLocker or similar verification providers when you choose them; cloud and messaging infrastructure; merchants for the job you are delivering (status, limited contact via masked calling where enabled — real numbers are not exchanged for marketing); and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep account and KYC data while your partner account is active and for a limited period after closure. Job, payout, and tax records are kept for the period Indian law requires. Location trails for active jobs may be kept for dispute and safety review. You can request deletion as described on Delete account; some records may be retained or anonymised where the law requires.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact care@mypeki.com. You may also use in-app account deletion where available.
7. Merchants and other products
BossBano is separate from the MyPeki food marketplace app. Buyer and seller data on MyPeki is covered by that product’s privacy policy at https://mypeki.com/privacy. This policy covers partner use of BossBano.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be shown in the app.
