Delete your account

BossBano is operated by Fonsaw Technologies Private Limited. You can request deletion of your partner account and related personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. In the BossBano app, open Profile → Terms & privacy → Delete my account, or Help & support.
  2. Or email care@mypeki.com with subject BossBano account deletion request, and include the phone number registered on BossBano.
  3. We verify identity and process the request per our Privacy Policy. A short grace period may apply so you can cancel a mistaken request.

Completed job records, payouts, and tax records are kept for the period in the Privacy Policy where the law requires them. The rest of the account data is deleted or anonymised.
